Thank you for supporting independent art! We want you to love your purchase and we stand behind the quality of our photography and framing. If something isn’t right, please review the return policy below:
CANCELLATIONS
Please chose carefully as we do not refund for simply change of mind.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48hrs of delivery.
Include:
1. Your order number.
2. Copy of your receipt.
3. A brief description of the issue.
4. Clear photos of the damage (both the product and packaging).
Returned goods should be sent to our PO Box after a Return Approval has been authorised.
PLEASE NOTE
Screen settings on computers, mobile phones, or other devices may vary and as such, the colours and appearance of the artwork may differ slightly from how they appear online.
